Thai massage is a system of massage and assisted stretching developed in Thailand. The massage recipient will change into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. The receiver may be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, but deep static and rhythmic pressures form the core of the massage. The body will be energized and rejuvenated after the massage. The body will be energized and rejuvenated after the massage. A full Thai massage session typically lasts two hours or more and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body; this may include pulling fingers, toes, and ears, cracking the knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and arching the recipient's back. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the practitioner will adjust to fit each individual client.
Deep Tissue/Medical Massage:
This type of massage incorporates therapeutic massage with energy work to promote relaxation and healing as well as to help relieve stress, recover after injury and/or surgery, and maintain general well-being. Every individual has different needs; therefore, the length of the message and the amount of pressure will vary from client to client. However, for deep tissue massages, we recommend that the clients schedule a massage of 1 and ½ hours in order for the therapist to work the muscles thoroughly. Each massage session is tailored to the needs and requests of the client.
A Japanese form of massage that uses fingers to apply acupressure to points along the body's energy pathways (meridians) in order to stimulate physical relaxation and reduce stress. Our Shiatsu sessions are an invitation to enter into a nonverbal dialog through touch. It is a process led by giving careful attention to your embodied being, its signals, needs, and unique expression.
Our Shiatsu therapist provides a quality of touch and an approach that best supports your individual well-being, addresses "symptoms" which cause discomfort, and opens the space and understanding for you to discover how these may be related to your life situation.
Shiatsu is the art of touch. It brings a feeling of deep relaxation and arriving to oneself.
CranioSacral Therapy (C.S.T.) is a gentle, non-invasive, manual therapy technique used to evaluate and treat body function. It utilizes a very light touch, allowing the body to process treatments slowly and effectively. It has been found to facilitate overall health and function, including improvement in motor coordination, development progress, autonomic function, sensory perception, and neuromuscular function. By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body's ability to self-correct, C.S.T. is able to alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions, from chronic pain and sports injuries to stroke and neurological impairment. During or after a session, you may feel calm and energized, with increased clarity of mind and a feeling of well-being. The session typically lasts an hour. You remain clothed and will usually lie face up. Light contact is made with your head, diaphragms, the base of your spine, and other areas.

Far Infrared Sauna:
Far infrared sauna therapy boosts the body's ability to detoxify, leading to significant and lasting health benefits. In fact, the use of the Thermal Life Far Infrared Sauna is recognized worldwide by medical doctors and health practitioners as perhaps the most effective method of removing both chemical and heavy metal toxins (including mercury) from the body.
Far infrared is a section of the natural band of light that is not visible to the human eye, but can be felt as heat.
Unlike the high heat produced in traditional saunas, the far infrared sauna is able to penetrate the body to a depth of 1.5 to 2 inches. This stimulates the body's cellular detoxification process more effectively and at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna.
Contraindications: Haemophiliacs and pregnant or nursing women should not use the sauna. People with advanced symptomatic heart disease, unstable angina, or severe adrenal suppression should use the sauna only under medical supervision.
Ozone Therapy is the most powerful cleansing modality. Ozone is produced by lightning in nature and by pulsing high currents of electricity through medical-grade oxygen. Ozone is very powerful in that it increases the stability of normal good healthy cells, and it destroys all those immature, sick, and deformed cells which are foreign to the body, like viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc.
There is absolutely no evidence suggesting that long-term treatment on a daily basis had any detrimental effect. Doctors who have used it for decades have only positive results to report. Ozone is the treatment of choice for a wide variety of diseases and has proven to be the safest medical therapy ever devised!
- Ozone stimulates the production of white blood cells.
- Ozone kills most bacteria at low concentrations.
- Ozone oxidizes arterial plaque. It breaks down the plaque involved in both Arteriosclerosis & Atherosclerosis.
- Ozone fights viruses in a variety of ways, attacking viral particles directly.
- Ozone is effective against all types of fungi.
- Ozone is an antineoplastic, which inhibits Cancer cells.
- Interferon levels are significantly increased. Interferons orchestrate every aspect of the immune system and inhibit viral replication.
Ion Detox Footbath:
The Ion Detox works by utilizing direct current to create an electromagnetic ionic field in which the client places their hands or feet in aqueous salt and mineral solution to increase energy and the positively charged cellular activity through the attached array. Water molecules that pass through the array are split, causing the ionic field.
The array is placed near the client and exposed to a low-intensity ion field and in contact with all the primary meridians in the body.
The meridians are one of several pathways for toxins released to exit the body. Capillaries and lymphatic channels will also pick up toxins and carry them to the liver and kidneys, where they will be detoxified and/or excreted.
